We specialize in handcrafted wooden goods. Due to the natural variations of wood and the handmade nature of our products, each item may vary in grain, color, pattern, or dimensions. These natural differences do not qualify as defects.

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and images but cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any color or texture will be accurate. 

3. Pricing & Availability

All prices listed are subject to change without notice. We may modify or discontinue products at any time.

We reserve the right to limit product quantities or refuse orders that appear to be placed by resellers, distributors, or automated systems. 

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and payment information. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

If we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity, we may cancel or refuse an order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing and shipping unless otherwise stated.

Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs (for international orders). Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

6. Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

Our return and refund policies are outlined in our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described there. 

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website- including text, images, designs, logos, and product descriptions- is the intellectual property of Maple Lane Millworks and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission. 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maple Lane Millworks is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

-Use or misuse of products

-Inaccuracies in product listings

-Delays or issues with shipping

-Website errors or interruptions 

Your use of our products is at your sole risk. Ensure proper handling and supervision when using wooden goods, especially items intended for children or kitchen use. 

9. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

-Use the site for fraudulent or unlawful purposes

-Attempt to bypass website security measures

-Interfere with the site's functionality or server operations

-Use automated systems (bots, crawlers, etc.) without a permission

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.
