At Maple Lane Millworks, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund guidelines below. 

1. General Return Policy

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. 

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part. 

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

A. Defect Sale Items

Any product purchased as a defect, imperfect, clearance, or sale-as-is item is final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

B. Customized Items with Additions

Any item that has been customized or modified- including but not limited to the addition of handles, hangers, engraving, hardware, or mounting attachments- is not eligible for return. 

C. Used or Damaged Items

Items that show signs of use, wear, installation, or customer-caused damage are not eligible for return. 

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective (excluding defect sale items) or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will inspect the issue and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate. In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping. 

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 14 business days for processing after the return is received and inspected.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and unless the return is due to our error, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
